Anger Management Assessment
An Anger Management Assessment is a structured clinical evaluation used to assess an individual’s patterns of anger, emotional regulation, impulse control, aggression, triggers, coping strategies, and related behavioral concerns. The assessment may include a clinical interview, standardized measures, review of relevant records, and collateral information when appropriate. Findings are used to identify treatment needs, evaluate risk factors, and provide recommendations for intervention or anger-management services.
You will receive a 90 minute interview/assessment and another 90 minutes reviewing collateral information, scoring, case management, developing recommendations, and preparing documentation.
